Richard Blank – Chief Executive Officer
Costa Rica’s Call Center is led by Richard Blank, our Chief Executive Officer, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. After moving to Costa Rica at the beginning of the millennium, Richard trained over 500 employees for one of Central America’s largest call centers. His unique motivational speaking style and effective leadership have helped shape Costa Rica’s telemarketing industry over the past twelve years.
Richard’s dedication to training and development has earned him a reputation as a leader in the field, with many seeking his expertise for private training sessions and consultations. He has also played a key role in expanding Costa Rica’s international telecommunications presence through strategic partnerships, such as with the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce and Solo Telecommunications.
With a background in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and language proficiency from the University of Sevilla, Richard continues to drive our commitment to excellence in customer service and telemarketing solutions.

Grace Borbon – Director of Human Resources
Grace Borbon is the Director of Human Resources in Costa Rica’s Call Center. Ms.Borbon strongly believes that her reliable structure, discipline and accountability are assets to the company’s top management.
She excels in her attention to detail and her abililty to handle the communication for all company departments,local institutions and Costa Rican governmental agencies.
Since 1991, she has represented several international companies, including Caterpillar International as the head bilingual receptionist and executive assistant. In 2001, Ms. Borbon worked for Cafe Britt, Costa Rica’s largest coffee exporter.For four years, she exhibited leadership in extensive public relations and lead the company in high end retail sales before joining Costa Rica’s Call Center administration team.
Ms.Borbon has advanced studies in the fields of English, Psychology, Gemology, and Executive Administration.
